Consulting

Let's build your growth edge.

I work with a small number of founders and operators who want durable organic growth — the kind that compounds instead of resetting to zero the moment the paid budget runs out. If that's the game you're playing, let's talk.

01 Who this is for

Operators who want to own their growth, not rent it.

I work with people who are done renting traffic and want to build something durable — and who'd rather have a practitioner in the room than a presenter with a deck.

Founders

Staring at a CAC problem

You've been buying every customer and you're ready to build an inbound engine that compounds instead of resetting every month.

Growth & marketing leaders

Need a senior thought partner

You can scale a team but want organic depth and a peer to pressure-test the roadmap — not another vendor to manage.

Regulated & competitive teams

Where paid is constrained

Crypto, fintech, and other industries where paid acquisition is limited or expensive — so organic is where the real edge lives.

02 How we work together

Three ways in — scoped to what you actually need.

Every engagement maps to one of these. We scope the depth and commitment up front, then start the relationship at the level the work deserves.

Advisory

Organic Growth Advisory

Strategic guidance and a senior sparring partner across the full organic system — strategy, roadmap, and pressure-testing the thinking, including AEO/GEO when it's the right lever.

Transformation

Agentic Growth Transformation

Help building an agentic growth operating system — using AI and agents to automate, scale, and sharpen organic growth.

◆ The frontier work I do at Kraken
Embedded

Fractional Head of Growth

Ongoing, embedded organic growth leadership for teams that need a senior voice in the room but aren't ready to hire full-time.

03 Why work with me

The edge isn't a channel. It's a way of seeing.

Six years as a professional poker player taught me to think in probabilities, read patterns under pressure, and know the difference between a good decision and a good outcome. Growth is the same game: find your edge, protect it, and press it when the odds are right.

Since then I've been an operator inside five high-growth companies — through IPOs and acquisitions — and today I'm on the internal AI team at Kraken, building agentic growth systems in production. You get a practitioner who has done the work and is building for where growth is going.

I don't sell a channel. I sell an edge.

04 Where & how

Remote-first, in person when it counts.

Global

Wherever the work is

I'll work with companies anywhere online, and fly out for in-person work when the scope justifies it. I hold a full-time role, so the level of commitment is something we scope up front.

Local

Boston, NYC & New England

In-person work across Boston, New York City, and the greater New England area, where I'm based.

On cost: engagements are scoped around outcomes and ROI, not hours. The fastest way to a number is to tell me what you're trying to build.

05 Questions

The things people ask first.

Who is this for?
Founders with a CAC problem who want an inbound engine instead of buying every customer; growth and marketing leaders who need a senior thought partner; and teams in competitive or regulated industries where paid acquisition is constrained and organic matters most.
How do we work together?
Three ways: Organic Growth Advisory for strategy and senior sparring; Agentic Growth Transformation to build an AI-and-agent-powered growth operating system; and Fractional Head of Growth for embedded, ongoing leadership. Each engagement is scoped to what you actually need.
Do you do one-off audits or projects?
No commodity audits. The right engagements start at the level the problem deserves — strategy, transformation, or embedded leadership — rather than a low-value deliverable meant to prove myself.
What will it cost?
Engagements are scoped around outcomes and ROI, not hours, and pricing depends on the work. The fastest way to a number is to tell me what you're trying to build.
Are you available, given your full-time role?
I hold a full-time role at Kraken, so I take on a small number of high-fit clients and we scope the level of commitment up front before any engagement begins.
